How Nitelive handles copyright infringement notices, takedown requests, and counter-notices for user-submitted content.
Nitelive respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This page explains how copyright owners can report allegedly infringing content and how users can respond if they believe content was removed in error.
If you believe content on Nitelive infringes your copyright, send a notice to general@nitelive.tech with enough information for us to review the claim.
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice should explain why the material was removed in error and include your contact information and a statement that you consent to the applicable legal process.
Nitelive may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or misuse the reporting process. Fraudulent notices or counter-notices may also lead to account enforcement or legal escalation.
