Nitelive is a nightlife platform, which means online behavior can affect real-world safety. This policy explains how users should respond to urgent risks, what kinds of incidents should be reported, and what Nitelive may do after a report is received.

If There Is Immediate Danger

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or venue security first. Nitelive is not a substitute for emergency response.

What Users Should Report

• Threats, stalking, harassment, or targeted abuse.
• Fake events, fake venues, impersonation, scams, or suspicious payment behavior.
• Sexual misconduct, coercion, or exploitative behavior connected to use of the platform.
• Content that promotes violence, illegal activity, or unsafe real-world behavior.
• Underage use or content involving minors.

What to Include in a Report

• The name of the user, venue, listing, event, or conversation involved.
• Links, screenshots, timestamps, and any other details that help identify the issue.
• Whether the issue is ongoing, urgent, or already reported to venue staff or local authorities.

How Nitelive May Respond

1. Review the report and preserve relevant records where appropriate.
2. Remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access based on severity and evidence.
3. Escalate urgent or legally significant incidents to law enforcement or safety partners when required.
