Nitelive Terms of Service
By using Nitelive, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern access to Nitelive websites, apps, community features, event discovery tools, and related services.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Nitelive.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
User Conduct
You may not use Nitelive to harass others, post illegal content, upload pornography, promote violence, spam, impersonate others, use bots, or attempt to hack or disrupt the service.
- No harassment, stalking, threats, hate speech, or scams.
- No fake accounts, fake event listings, or deceptive promotion.
- No attempts to bypass security, scrape the platform abusively, or interfere with service availability.
User Content and Intellectual Property
You own your content. By uploading content to Nitelive, you grant Nitelive permission to display and distribute it within the platform. You represent that you own the rights to everything you upload.
The Nitelive name, logo, branding, software, and design belong to Nitelive or its licensors.
Third-Party Services, Liability, and Termination
Nitelive may link to ticketing providers, venues, maps, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms.
- Nitelive is provided on an "as is" basis.
- We are not responsible for user behavior, venue experiences, event cancellations, third-party services, or losses resulting from use of the platform.
- We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands unless otherwise required by applicable law.
